都唔知幾多拾年冇食雞仔餅lu, 唔知用乜整嘅呢, 所以唔知食左d乜落肚.

Merry Christmas! 我食左火雞lu. 其實都唔知點解聖誕節要食火雞先有氣紛?
個皮好脆而且d雞肉好鬆軟.
我最鍾意飲嘅洋蔥湯.
栗子釀餡, miss冇將d餡釀入雞胸內焗, 另外焗起伴火雞吃, 好好味呢.
餐後甜品.....焦糖拖肥伴雪糕.
本來唔打算食麵的, 但早一日整嘅麵條唔留得耐, 於是睇吓d食譜書, 一見到呢本書封面嘅材料, 咦! 屋企有喎.
呢本書係喺一艘傳福音的船來香港時在船上買的.(唔記得艘船叫什麼名字) 我表妹亦曾在這船出海到其他國家傳福音呢.
我自己加多了香腸和磨菇.
d粉烚得過時, 比較腍身, 所以滑滑地好快食晒一碟.
提起我表妹我好鍾意她寫的一頁筆記, 和大家分享一吓:

病左幾日呆呆地, 見到屋企盒忌廉同雞蛋就到期, 打開本file, 揾到一次過可以用晒佢地嘅法式燉蛋食譜. 淡忌廉200ml, 奶200ml, 砂糖60g,蛋黃5隻. 最開心都係今晚可以整薑汁蛋白瑤柱炒飯.
嘩, husband大力一"凳" 佢就落左碟.
雖然好滑好好味, 不過都係唔好食咁多. 蛋黃同忌廉真係怕怕.
早幾日遊吓遊吓, 遊左去莎莉豪個blog度, 見到佢整左我最鍾意嘅蛋白杏仁露, 一定要試下整呢. 學野學到足, 剩下嘅杏仁渣咪整番個mask先, 仲有剩嘅要嚟整手部磨沙,正! 真係物盡其用.
第一次煮似乎較杰, 不過好似杏仁燉奶咁好滑好好味啊!

自製寬條麵伴吞拿魚
原來自製麵條咁鬼多功夫, 唔怪得係餐廳食咁貴啦.
燒鱸魚柳伴千層薯仔塔及黑醋汁
咁好味, 梗係問呀Sir要多一份嚟食啦, 黑鱸魚柳喎, 一d腥味都無.
上完堂好開心, 好飽, 好滿足!
好鍾意上Anne的堂, 教煮的菜式不單好味, 她上堂時每個學生都會照顧到, 講解清楚, 遇到複雜的程序, 她會不厭其煩地重複講述.
細細個已經好鍾意食燒肉, 好多時經過燒臘檔都會買一條骨當零食, 依家梗係唔會咁做啦. 想學整燒肉好耐, 終於可以自己整啦.
鹵水豬腳
上堂嘅時候, 可能用左26個爐嚟焗燒肉, 間課室好焗, 我突然間眼前一黑, 暈一暈, 好彩坐左一陣無事, 不過搭車返屋企時都係暈暈地. 所以晚餐只係煲粥算了.
可能件豬腩係大肥豬, 唔係中豬, 所以層皮都好厚, 雖然脆都要好大力咬落去呢.
