運桔嘅

噚日去工展會, 唔駛講梗係好多人啦, 加埋好熱又有少少雨, 唔係好想行.  人多嘅地方唔想迫埋去, 冇乜人嘅地方又冇野睇, 只係買左一小包雞仔餅同幾條香蕉糕就走人lu, 買雞仔餅因為呢檔冇乜人, 唔駛迫.



都唔知幾多拾年冇食雞仔餅lu, 唔知用乜整嘅呢, 所以唔知食左d乜落肚.



搵笨嘅, d香蕉糕都冇香蕉味.

encore ~~~ pizza

噚日整完pizza仲有材料剩, 只係整番個蕃茄醬又有pizza食啦. 但係預備好晒所有野, 去預熱個爐時, 開左火之後睇睇d爐火, 打開爐門, 哎呀!個爐有好多野係入面呀, 唔記得左平時個爐要嚟做儲物柜, 熄都熄唔切, 好在唔係開左火好耐, d膠盒冇事.




係咪搓得好靚 ~ ~ ........................唔係我搓, 麵包機搓的.




雖然唔係壓得好正, 都收貨啦........................唔係我壓的.




都係果句,"好好味啊!" 今次記得落菠蘿了.

燒火雞示範課堂

Merry Christmas! 我食左火雞lu. 其實都唔知點解聖誕節要食火雞先有氣紛?



個皮好脆而且d雞肉好鬆軟.



我最鍾意飲嘅洋蔥湯.



栗子釀餡, miss冇將d餡釀入雞胸內焗, 另外焗起伴火雞吃, 好好味呢.



餐後甜品.....焦糖拖肥伴雪糕.

Home-made Pasta

本來唔打算食麵的, 但早一日整嘅麵條唔留得耐, 於是睇吓d食譜書, 一見到呢本書封面嘅材料, 咦! 屋企有喎.



呢本書係喺一艘傳福音的船來香港時在船上買的.(唔記得艘船叫什麼名字) 我表妹亦曾在這船出海到其他國家傳福音呢.



我自己加多了香腸和磨菇.



d粉烚得過時, 比較腍身, 所以滑滑地好快食晒一碟.


提起我表妹我好鍾意她寫的一頁筆記, 和大家分享一吓:

瑤柱蛋白炒飯

有味飯嚟講, 呢個野味得嚟好清淡. 平時買番嚟嘅瑤柱, 我會一次過蒸好晒, 再分成少份放入冰格, 咁隨時都可以用啦!


材料 :瑤柱(發起計) 150g,  菜心莖 100g,  蛋白 (打散) 4隻

          白飯 400g,  蔥花   1湯匙,  鹽 2/3茶匙.

做法:

1. 瑤柱用水浸過面浸軟約3小時以上, 原水蒸約45分鐘, 待涼後攪散 成絲狀. (除去瑤柱外層的"枕")

2. 菜心莖切成粒狀, 放入已加油鹽的大滾水灼約10秒盛起.

3.燒熱鑊下3湯匙油, 放入蛋白炒至八成熟盛起.

4.燒熱鑊, 下一湯匙油, 下白飯, 鹽, 菜粒炒至熱透後加入蛋白, 蔥花及瑤柱再炒一會便成.

自製麵條

今日貪得意想整意大利麵條, 順便試吓部麵包機點打麵團. 整好之後即刻烚2條麵條試吓味, 係唔同d嘅, 不過未有部意粉機前咪攪我再整, 家吓對手仲震震地.




用麵包機打出嚟的麵團. 好在有部機幫手, 如果唔係依家企都企唔穩.







最吃力就係碌薄佢, 碌左2塊, 揼番舊麵團入雪柜, 抖抖再繼續.




始終都係厚左d,唔整啦!

法式焦糖燉蛋

病左幾日呆呆地, 見到屋企盒忌廉同雞蛋就到期, 打開本file, 揾到一次過可以用晒佢地嘅法式燉蛋食譜. 淡忌廉200ml, 奶200ml, 砂糖60g,蛋黃5隻.  最開心都係今晚可以整薑汁蛋白瑤柱炒飯.



嘩, husband大力一"凳" 佢就落左碟.



雖然好滑好好味, 不過都係唔好食咁多. 蛋黃同忌廉真係怕怕.

蛋白杏仁露

早幾日遊吓遊吓, 遊左去莎莉豪個blog度, 見到佢整左我最鍾意嘅蛋白杏仁露, 一定要試下整呢.  學野學到足, 剩下嘅杏仁渣咪整番個mask先, 仲有剩嘅要嚟整手部磨沙,正!  真係物盡其用.


第一次煮似乎較杰, 不過好似杏仁燉奶咁好滑好好味啊!

燒鱸魚柳伴千層薯仔塔及黑醋汁



咁好味, 梗係問呀Sir要多一份嚟食啦, 黑鱸魚柳喎, 一d腥味都無.


上完堂好開心, 好飽, 好滿足!

藍色大門餅友聚會3周年

諗返起在05年開始喺美味DIY網與餅友交流整餅心得(其實係人地交流, 我就偷師), 認識大家3年lu.  雖然個網入左冷宮, 不過大家都保持聯絡, 有些更成了好朋友, 更難得呀堅每年都借出地方比我地相聚.....
