失眠在我嚟講有3大類, 第一係無睡意, 鬼咁精神, 唔緊要訓唔著咪唔訓囉.
第二係好眼訓好累, 但係個腦就好清醒, 不停地轉環遊世界.
最怕係第三類, 好累唔眼訓, 個心好跳, 抖唔到氣加埋出冷汗, 咁就要坐係度訓會舒服d, 真係扑暈我好過.
以前一個星期起碼兩三日係咁, 真係唔得佢死, 近排食左中藥好d, 一個月有幾日咁啦.
好多時咁就眼光光到天光, 不過有次睇住個太陽慢慢升上嚟, 黎明時嘅天空好靚呢!
朝早嘅雲霧開始散..
窗外嘅雲霧仍未散..
5點幾個天開始光
太陽慢慢升上..
有人叫我繼續影. 哼! 你估我想架咩.
好開心今日做了一個決定!
